Stone statue at Kek Lok Si Temple

I like the 12 Chinese Horoscope statues there. Some taken with anonymous person in it, the specific animals too popular already. Some look quite real though, ahh I like the tiger the best :) RAWRRRR

They even have a mickey mouse alike there :D

Yummy yummy at Daorae

Went out gathering with friends, went to Daorae, a korean restaurant. We went to the one located along the way to Batu Feringghi.

Look at all the side dishes, so many varieties. @_@ Korean restaurant really is one special one, not the same like others.


We ordered some meats, kimchi soups, pancakes and glutinous with chicken. The tofu egg is free given by the restaurant. I enjoy eating the grilled meat with the vegetables, I actually eat a lot of the vegetable here!!!

After finishing our dishes, the boss of the restaurant gave us this korean rice cake for free!! It was my first time eating those, I kind of like them, like eating chewing gum, but can swallow. Hahaha, yum yum. The taste is sweet and not really spicy flavor there. Feel like trying them again :D

Yummy yummy at PHOP

Went to Paddington House of Pancakes with my cousins. Ordered fondue, strawberry sundae and Tokyo (the food name) and some chips. I didn't know that PHOP also came out with fondue already, not bad, hehe. Next time can go there eat, no need go until Autocity to eat ice ice baby one already =D But not so many variety of fruits though..

I like the strawberry sundae also. Lucky I never order main course meal, else I will be too overload. Eat ice cream also can full one..

CNY Dinner at Restaurant

I forgot the restaurant name.. but the main is at Chinese Recreation Club, this branch is located inside the Red Rock Hotel one. At town area there, hehehe.

Do you feel like whenever eating these sorta course meals at restaurant during people's wedding or celebration, it is like a battlefield? I somehow had this feeling, if you do not hurry then you will not get the food already, lol XD *I know I know I very tam ciak~~~ glutton!!*

Hehe 8 course meals again and this time with 2 type of desserts =D

Yum yum 8 course meal, add on 1 because too many people and too lil food, lol, 16 of us, where else the portion cooked for 10ppl only. Look at the red beans, so red!! Got my favorite so called scallops, my cousin said it is fish ball..

Triple Celebration

My cousin birthday falls on 14th of February which is Valentines Day and also 1st day of Chinese New Year this year. I think it is very exciting to have your birthday falls on some special day. Like got more people celebrating with you, if you know what I meant.

If attached, then get extra present, then during CNY can get extra angpao. Wah, so many gifts and angpao to receive leh =)

CNY similar Xmas

We become 'santa' on that day. Bought some mandarin oranges and Chinese delicacies for our colleague. Hehehe. Hope they enjoyed them =)

PS:
I found out that both CNY and Xmas share similar points.
1) Both also got red as their main color.
2) Also gives people gift; Xmas is present where else CNY is angpao (but only married and elder do so)
3) Both also eat eat and eat.

Scallops attack at Sushi King

I know I know, I went to Sushi King again just like after 1-2 weeks? Or less than a month. I also don't know why keep go Sushi King one.. hahaha. Anyway, Sushi King got this scallops promotion, where there are many varieties of dishes made using scallops. I love scallops a lot and it is expensive T_T

The ice cream wafer, had this last year also, also during CNY and with same person also, hahahaha

Reunion Dinner

On the 30th night, before new year, all will gather and eat reunion dinner. Most of the time we had steamboat, hehehe =)

Hehehe, CNY coming soon, time for baking cookies!! Actually I don't know how to mix the dough, my mom mixed them for me, I just shaped them :D like playing with 'clay' lol *ahem*
